I’m Zoë Hurt, a UX/UI designer with a passion for change-making.
I believe that magic happens at the intersection of:
SUSTAINABILITY
We only get one life and one planet — so it’s important to take care of both. When we are intentional with how we love others and our earth, the world gets a little bit brighter and you start to see beautiful things everywhere. That simplified point of view changes everything about the design process — from start to finish.
JOY
Did you know that smiling makes your brain release serotonin and dopamine? Life is too short to take things too seriously, and we build better products when we’re enjoying ourselves. My goal in life is to collaborate well with great people and to have fun doing it.
OPTIMIZATION
We’re not promised an easy life, so why make things harder than they need to be? I know that if I find an app that makes my day to day easier, my tasks will get done and I’ll have some peace of mind. I find myself saying “there’s an app for that” unironically — but seriously, it’s incredible what solutions we can create when we put our heads together.
