For this project I was the sole UX/UI designer, and partnered with the amazing Google Engagement for Hiring team. I also worked alongside my coworkers at Creative Theory Agency on the consulting side.

When taking on this project, there was no centralized place to learn about recruiting volunteer opportunities, track participation, recognize Googlers for their contributions, or optimize how Googlers engage with the hiring process.

My team's main goal was to create an engaging, helpful, and informative resource for Googlers interested in growing Google, and to help them explore and apply to opportunities that match their availability and interests.
